At XGS Decals, we stand behind the quality of our premium stickers. Since each decal is a precision-cut product, we have established the following policy to ensure your satisfaction.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unpeeled, and in its original packaging.
Issues and Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Evidence Required:
● Clear photos of the decal and the backing paper are required for all damage claims.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
● Customized decals (bespoke designs or numbers).
● Decals that have already been peeled or applied to a surface.
● Gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
